Main Street Desks is run by Main Street Arbitrage LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company based in Grafton, Wisconsin ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on mainstreetdesks.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, business name, and your message.
• Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of each visit. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
• We don't take payments on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, follow up on your request, and improve the site. We may email or call you about what you asked for. You can tell us to stop at any time.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data. We don't rent it or trade it either.
• We don't share it, except with service providers that help us run the site and email (for example, hosting and email providers). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We'll also share it if the law requires it.

Demos use sample data

The demo apps and digital employees on this site use made-up sample data. Please don't type real customer, patient, or financial information into a demo.

Your choices: export or delete

Email us at any time to get a full copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We'll do it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website is perfectly secure. We keep contact information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
